Privacy Policy

Short version: LiveMaker collects no personal data. All video processing happens entirely on your device. We never see your videos, your identity, or your usage.
1. No data collection
LiveMaker does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We have no servers that receive your data. There are no user accounts, no analytics dashboards, and no advertising networks.
2. Video processing
All video processing — trimming, frame extraction, and Live Photo packaging — happens entirely on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework. Your videos are never uploaded anywhere. They stay in your Photos library and the app's temporary sandbox, which is cleared by iOS automatically.
3. In-App Purchases
LiveMaker Pro is sold as a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. We never receive your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. Crash reporting
LiveMaker relies on Apple's built-in crash reporting (part of iOS). If you opt in to sharing diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymized crash logs with us. These logs contain no personally identifiable information.
5. Children's privacy
LiveMaker does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, or under the relevant age threshold in your jurisdiction. Because we collect no information at all, this is satisfied automatically.
6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
7. This website
This website (livemaker.app) uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so no consent banner is required, and we never collect names, emails, or any information that identifies you. This is separate from the LiveMaker app itself, which — as described above — collects nothing at all.
