Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using LiveMaker. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveMaker iOS application ("App") developed and operated by Vladimirs Matusevics ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to convert, export, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted video material owned by third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to any video you process with the App.

4. In-App Purchases

LiveMaker Pro is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase processed by Apple. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Purchases are associated with your Apple ID and may be restored on any device signed in to the same account via the "Restore Purchases" button in the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. LiveMaker processes all video data on-device and collects no personal information.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to software, design, and trademarks — are and remain the property of Vladimirs Matusevics. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for LiveMaker Pro, if any.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
